As a certified Fitness Professional I can, quite literally, help change your life and how you view yourself. Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone your physique, train for sports competition or recover from injury, I can provide the plan, coaching and motivation to get you there.

Starting with your FREE consultation, I review your medical and exercise history, go over your goals, tests your strength, endurance and flexibility and recommend a customized workout plan. From there, you have options - working one-on-one with myself on a regular basis, following a recommended routine with occasional check-ins or taking part in specialty classes like my Boot Camp 101.

I am a 40 year old woman whose metabolism and figure is far from what it was when I was younger. I started having less energy, avoided looking in mirrors because of my self image, and for the first time in my life had my doctor tell me I had to lose weight. I thought it might be awkward to have a male trainer especially when I was dealing with self image issues, but Woody is very professional and he focuses on how to engage you to a healthier lifestyle that becomes a habit not a burden. Woody also knows which exercises are better suited for women as opposed to men. He also provided the motivation, push, and drive I so desperately needed. Many people who have never had a consistent exercise routine DON'T want to workout. Woody changed this opinion for me. I woke up looking forward to our appointments mainly because I never knew what to expect. One day he may have a circuit routine planned, one day on machines and free weights. He would incorporate (types of equipment and moves with none) which helped keep my workouts interesting instead of becoming boring. Not knowing my routine added excitement and made me WANT to go to the gym. He was the right person for me because I was looking for a trainer who had my routine planned and when I showed up we just worked it out and he constructively pushed me to work towards my goals . Woody provided me with workout routines to do when I traveled with work and on vacation that required little to no equipment to take with me. This way I could stay on track even while away from the gym or when a gym wasn't available. I've worked with Woody and can see a difference where muscles are becoming defined. I have had Woody Watts for a personal Trainer/motivator for a long time. Woody has been instrumental in encouraging me with my weight and exercise program. I weighed 188 lbs at one time and after working with Woody I lost 43 lbs with diet and exercise. With Woody's personality, you just want to exercise and he makes you want to do your best. He makes it seem fun instead of like work. My cholesterol numbers were a little high and I am not one to take pills but, with the exercise program given to me by Woody, I was able to get the numbers down.
